I BELIEVE IN ONE ON ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years listing and selling properties in Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton and Adams counties. I served on the Board of Directors for PenMar Regional Association of Realtors for three, two year terms, and currently serve on the State and Local Professional Standards committees and our Local Awards committee. The towns of Shippensburg, Chambersburg, Newburg, Newville, Greencastle, Mercersburg, Waynesboro, Fayetteville, McConnellsburg, Saint Thomas, Fort Loudon, Lurgan, Roxbury, Orrstown, Carlisle, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown are included in the area in which I work.
I believe in continuing education in order to provide the best possible service to my buyers and sellers. I specialize in Buyer Representation as well as Seller Representation, and hold the CRS, GRI and ABR degrees as well as being an Associate Broker. My family and I were relocated to Shippensburg, PA in 1974 with my husband's company and selling our old home and finding a new home was a trying experience, so I understand the needs of buyers and sellers.
